I found this recipe online. I was looking for a banana cake recipe because I had some overly ripened bananas. The original recipe didn’t call for apple but since I had some apples that were starting to go bad I decided to add them to the recipe. It is a very moist cake and super delicious. I frosted with some vanilla hazelnut buttercream that I had left over but it would go wonderfully with cream cheese frosting.

This is the best cake in the fall served warm with ice cream. It is also great anytime in the year. I have never had the first complaint about this cake. All you will hear is chewing and “yummy”.

A moister version of Apple Crisp. I’ve used this recipe for many years. It has a thick sauce for extra moistness. I always get requests for the recipe when I make it! Tastes great served warm with vanilla ice cream!
