Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
    2 tablespoons piping gel
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

    1 In a large bowl, whip cream and sugar with a wire whisk until soft peaks form.

    2 Add piping gel and continue to beat until stiff. Be careful not to over mix.
