This is a good recipe that reminds you of Ho-Hos or Twinkie filling

Grama’s Cupcake filling

Ingredients

  • 2 teas. VERY hot water
    rounded 1/4 teas. salt
    2 C. marshmallow cream ( 1 7oz. jar )
    1/2 C shortening…. (Crisco)
    1/3 C. powdered sugar
    1/2 teas. vanilla

Instructions

  2. 1. Combine salt and hot water and mix until salt is disolved. Let cool….
  4. 2. Combine next 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix on highspeed until fluffy.
  6. Add salted water and mix until combined……Makes about 11/2 Cups…
  7. Pipe it right into your cupcakes…. tastes good and holds up well…..

    Probably very BAD !
