Chocolate Buttercream by fchevel
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups confectionery sugar
- 1/2 cup of sweetened Cadbury’s Cocoa Poweder (comes in an orange box) – and have extra handy as to add to your preferred amount of chocolate taste
- 1 stick butter ( 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup milk (some to add to smoothness)
Instructions
- mix butter at room tempreture until creamy, add the sifted confectionery sugar 1 cup at a time. add the milk, and keep mixing until well combined, then add the 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, then i add another 1/4 but you can add according to your taste, Mix until the right smoothness and consistency ( i stop until well combined and smooth)
- you can add extra milk if you think the mixture is too powdery, but first mix well then see the texture but dont add more than a teaspoon more to the already prescribed 1/4 cup measurement.
