High-Ratio Sweetex Frosting Ingredients 1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp butter flavor1/4 tsp almond flavor1/2 cup water1 1/2 cups Sweetex1 TBS meringue powder1/2 tsp popcorn salt2 lbs. powdered sugar Instructions Add salt, vanilla, butter, and almond flavors to measuring cup. Add cold water to make 1/2 cup. Beat Sweetex and slowly add water until fully incorporated. Beat in meringue powder. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
