This pairs beautifully with pistachio cake! (I add a package of pistachio pudding mix to yellow cake batter)

Chai tea filling

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Powdered chai tea mix
    hot water
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions

    Mix chai powder in a small dish with just enough hot water to make a paste. Set aside.

  1. Beat cream until stiff.
  2. Mix in brown sugar and chai paste until well blended.
