Bizcocho de Triple Chocolate Con Ganache y Frosting
Ingredients
1 1/2 taza azúcar
3/4 taza mantequilla
1 huevo
1cda.vainilla
2 taza de harina para todo uso
2/3 taza cacao en polvo sin azucar
2 cdas. bicarbonato de soda
1/4 cda. sal
1 taza buttermilk
3/4 taza crema agria
Ganache de chocolate
Chocolate Frosting Facilito
2.Hornee 30 a 35 minutos o hasta que inserte un palillo de madera y salga limpio. EnfrÃe completamente. Cortar cada capa de bizcocho por la mitad horizontalmente.
1.5 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour for total use
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 c. sour cream (I think, google also turned up a recipe for crema agria that uses sour cream and whipping cream)
chocolate ganache
a supply of chocolate frosting (I think)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease two 9-inch pans. (Maybe flour them too? Doesn’t say). Mix the sugar and butter at a high speed. Add the egg and the vanilla and beat until well-mixed. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Add some of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, add the sour cream, and add the remainder of the flour mixture. Mix well. Divide evenly, and pour into the prepared pans.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Prepare the chocolate ganache. Put 3/4 cup cream, 1 tbsp. of butter, and 1 tbsp. of granulated sugar on the stovetop and bring to a boil. Remove from heat once the sugar has dissolved. Add 1.5 cups of semisweet chocolate (chips? Probably) to the mixture and let it stand for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth, and let stand for 15 minutes (so the mixture thickens, I think). Makes about 1.5 cups.
Spread 1/3 cup of ganache between each layer of cake. Put frosting on top.
Chocolate Frosting: Beat 1/2 cup softened butter at a high speed until creamy. Add 4 cups powdered sugar and 3/4 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup milk; beat until smooth and mix in 1-1.5 tsp. vanilla. Makes 3 cups.
Hope that’s mostly right and helps. I’m not a native speaker, but I took about 8 years of it in school and used google for the words I didn’t know. I think I’ll try the ganache part of the recipe…

It would be nice if I could read this recipe, but I don’t speak or read Spanish. Can someone translate? Thanks!
