Another cake I threw together last minute. Very simple and very tasty.

Mocha

Ingredients

  • 1 box devils food cake mix
    11/2 cups milk or cream
    1/3 vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2-3 table spoons of instant coffee (more if you want a stronger coffee flavor)
    11/2 cups sugar
    11/2-2 cups of flour
    Tablespoon vanilla
    Teaspoon salt
    2 cups sour cream
    Package chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

    Dissolve coffee in a little hot water and and add to liquids

  1. Mix together eggs milk, oil and vanilla
  2. Sift cake mix into liquid and slightly mix
  3. Sift sugar salt and flour and mix
  4. Add sour cream and mix
  5. Add pudding mix just before putting in pans.
  6. Bake at 350 until cooked
