This was a cake I pulled together last minute cause I couldn’t find a recipe for a caramel cake. It turned out soo yummy.
Also add some of the caramel creamer in your BC for nice caramel BC.
Caramel Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box of white cake mix
4 eggs
11/2 cups of VANILLA CARAMEL COFFEE MATE CREAMER
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
11/2 sugar
11/2-2 cups of flour
Table spoon vanilla
Teaspoon salt
11/2 cups of sour cream
1 box of vanilla pudding mix (you can use butterscotch too I used Vanilla)
Instructions
- Mix together eggs creamer, oil and vanilla
- Sift cake mix into liquid and slightly mix
- Sift sugar salt and flour and mix
- Add sour cream and mix
- Add pudding mix just before putting in pans.
- Bake at 350 until cooked
