Joans Cake Icing

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Butter
    32 oz Powdered Sugar
    4 Tsp Vanilla (or other flavor)
    8 Tsp Hot Water

Instructions

    Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and water. Mix until light and fluffy. You may add color if desired, add in when you add water. Mix well.
