Kim’s Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients

8oz cream cheese
1lb powdered sugar
1stick real butter
1t vanilla
1/2-3/4t lemon extract
Instructions
- Cream cc and butter (both at room temp), add extracts. Mixing on low add powdered sugar and enough water to reach desired consistency.
- Sorry if this seems a little vague, but I just made it up as I was making it the other day.
