This cake is really good! It can be made into a regular cake or a bundt cake, depending on how you want to do it. The book calls for it to bake at 350 degrees, but I baked it at 325 without problems.

You can put an orange glaze on it or you can ice it ( I iced it with a vanilla/orange flavored icing… yummo!)

Fuzzy Navel w/ liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg white cake mix (18.25 oz)
    1 pkg peach flavored gelatin (3 oz)
    4 eggs
    3/4 C orange liqueur
    1 T grated orange zest
    1/2 C orange juice
    1/2 C vegetable oil

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl and mix on medium for 2 minutes. Spread evenly in prepared pan and bake until done.
