White Chocolate Ghosts

Super simple and the kids love them!

White Chocolate Ghosts

Ingredients

  • 1 package of hard white chocolate (can be chips or the bark) 1 package of Nutter Butter Cookies (big peanut shaped ones) 1 package of Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Melt the white chocolate in a microwavable bowl.(You may only want to do half at first and then melt the other half so that the chocolate doesn't get hard while you are using it.) Place the a Nutter Butter in the white chocolate one at a time. Use a spoon to get to get the cookies out and place them on wax paper. The back of the cookie will not be seen so if it is messed up it is fine. While the chocolate is still warm, place two chocolate chips on the top of the cookie for the eyes and you may or may not want to place one for the mouth as well. Continue until you have all the cookies made. If the white chocolate gets hard place it back in the microwave as directed on the package. Allow 1-2 hours to cool. Store in the refridgerator.
