this is one of my family's favorite recipe for tiramisu. try it!!

Ingredients:

Amount Ingredient
8 oz mascarpone cheese
3 eggs +one egg yolk
20 lady finguers
1 cup strong sweet coffee
3-4 Tbspn cocoa
1 1/2 cups fine sugar
1/4 cup good quality brandy
   

Directions:

mix the eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes. On low add the mascarpone cheese, mix on low/medium for for about 3 minutes or untill it looks creamy custard, fold in brandy. step ! on a aluminum cake pan (8"x8") line 10 lady fingers and pour 1/2 cup of coffee on to of lady fingers. spread the custard on the lady finguers. spinkle cocoa on the custard (make sure lady fingers are completely cover with custard) repeat step 1 Chill in the fridge for 3 hours. Enjoy!
