Texas Sheet Cake Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box Devils food cake mix.(DH)
    3 eggs
    1/2c. oil
    1/2t. cinnamon
    1t. vanilla
    1-1/2c. sour cream
    1/4c. cold coffee

Instructions

    Add cinnamon to dry cake mix. Add eggs, oil, vanilla, coffee.

  1. Beat for about 30sec. just till combined. Add sour cream, beat for 2 min. on med. speed.
  2. Bake at 350* 18-21min.
