Pasta Laminada de la Prof. Yolanda Garrido

Esta receta la obtuve en un taller de tecnicas de pasta laminada que tome en Casa Antonio Inc. La Sra. Yolanda Garrido tiene un talento singular, no solo para decorar y crear maravillas en azucar, sino para educar.Ingredients
- Ingredientes: 2 oz. Agua a temperatura ambiente 1 sobre gelatina Knox (1 cda.) 4 oz Glucosa 1 cda. + 1 cdta. Glicerina 1 cda. Extracto de Almendra 1 lb. Azúcar en polvo 10X
Instructions
Colocar agua y gelatina en un envase de cristal y la glucosa en otra taza de cristal. Poner las tazas en horno de microondas (1.25 minutos en High por una receta y 1.5 minutos por doble receta). Unir y agregar Glicerina y extracto de almendras. Colocar una libra de azúcar en polvo en tazon de batidora. Agregar líquido en el centro. Lentamente añadir mas azúcar mientras que se bate co paleta de la batidora. Terminar de amasar en superficie uniforme hasta que sienta que no se pega a los dedos. Envolver en bolsa plástica y reservar hasta ser usada. Espero que les guste, Gaviota4fly - Tres Leche
