3, 2, 1 Microwave Cake

I adore this recipe! It's a really pain to turn on the oven in the summer heat, so this is a great alternative! Also makes a cute gift in a decorative mug or jar.

Ingredients

Amount	Ingredient
I box	any flavor box cake mix (devil's food, yellow, etc.)
1 box	angel food box cake mix
2 tablespoons	water (every time you use it)

Directions

-PREP- 1. Pour both boxes into a large tupperware or a gallon size zip-top bag. 2. Mix well. When ready to make 1. In a microwave safe container (I use a mug), add 3 tablespoons of the mix. 2. Add in 2 tablespoons water, and combine. 3. Microwave on high for one minute. 4. Enjoy! It's called the 3, 2, 1 mix because all you need to remember is 3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 minute in the microwave.
