“ I really liked this pan when I first got it and still do but it does have a few flaws. One don't use the included recipe, it doesn't work as well as other recipes do for pineapple upside down cake. Two the spaces for the pineapple are a little small compared to the pineapple that comes out of the can but it still works pretty well. Otherwise a great pan! ” --scrappymommy

It sits perfectly on top of a 6" layer cake. It's pretty lightweight aluminum by my cake bakes nicely especially if I put a flower nail in the center of it.
