I use regular Wilton disks. Take some freezer paper (heavy wax paper), cut into strips about 8" long and 1-1 12/" wide. Spread with melted choc. and wipe fingers along to take off extra. Just as it's beginning to set fold over to form loop. After dry peel off paper and use melted choc. to glue together! I never seem to have enough time to make the gumpaste and these are very easy to make. Good luck!

Wow Rexy, nikki's right, your bow is awesome...do you just use regular coloring paste, ie wilton paste to color the chocolate? Or the red chocolate disks? And the bow must be pretty fragile when it's done isn't it?

chyana66, the bow is more fragile than the gumpaste, but the advantage is that you can make one asap, rather than waiting days for it to dry. In this case I use the red disks.
