Santa has been enjoying a little too much Christmas cheer… he’s now stuck up the chimney. Not sure if you can see in this photo but Santa is hanging with his feet off the ground. This is an 8 inch square fruit cake (with the end cut off and then tipped on its side), the mantelpiece is the cake, covered in fondant with gumpaste & fondant decorations. This is a surprise for my in-laws on Christmas day. The backing is wrapping paper – was supposed to look like wallpaper. All edible.
