Pale blue fondant with Royal blue stenciling, red gumpaste peacock, gumpaste flowers and fan. This was the cake I entered in Tulsa for the wedding cake competition in October, 2006. I managed to get a silver medal, not a very high score with that, but silver nevertheless.
