Side view of rosette cake, cake i did to try some things that i havent done on a cake and only used tip #21. i definately need to get the icing tip because i can never seem to get a thick layer of icing on my cakes, it always looks too thin. the top on this 1 is definately not a thin layer of icing though. icing was whipped cream buttercream, marble cake with bavarian cream filling.
