This is the one I described in 'cake disasters' - the RI run in broke after I placed it on the cake. I replaced it with a fbct flat on top of the cake - whew!

It was the "almond joy" flavor from my cake menu - It's Colette Peter's Coco-loco Cake (choc cake with coconut), then between the torted layers is la lechera (caramelized sweetened condensed milk) and between the cake layers is chocolate ganache and toasted coconut and almonds - same as on the outside
