simple butter cake with a muffin for a nose (cut the muffin on the diagonal so it sits on an angle) then covered in aust buttercream (butter, sugar and a little hot water) flavoured with butterscotch syrup, fondant eyes and nose, liquorice outline on the ears.
Too extravagant for a 1 year old? i think not!
