Did this cake for my daughter's 9th b-day. Was almost a disaster. Fondant covered and decorations (except for horse). Waterfall is buttercream. Chocolate cake on bottom, vanilla on top. soaked in simple syrup. Fillings pineapple and chocolate.

Thank you!!! I wish I had taken a side view of the cake so you could appreciate the rocks and waterfall more. The cookies were also a hit!

janetwhitson: For the rainbow I used strips of fondant. Roll them thin and then place them against each othe in a curve to look like a rainbow. I brushed a little bit of water between them to keep them glued together.
