UK Basketball SEC Playoff cake

I made this cake at the request of my husband who is a UK alum and a big sports fan. I tried to shape 3 6" cakes into the 'funnel' shape of a basketball net. The UK Wildcat and backboard are royal icing run ins. The cake is covered with rolled buttercream fondant.

I wish we were in KY - right now we're in VA, but my husband grew up in eastern KY (one holler over from Loretta Lynn's holler) and went to UK then lived & worked in Lexington for years before being transferred. He's already taught our 14 mo old "touchdowwwwn Kentuuuuucky".
