This is so cute! Is the doll a full doll or just the torso?
Its a full doll but her legs are in the cake like a Barbie cake and the mermaid part is just buttercream.

How did you get the texture on the "tail" part of the mermaid?
I just used a very small rose tip to make little "scales". Thanks!
