These cakes are taken from the Wilton Cupcake book, exact recipe for cake except for added sour cream in cake mix. Cooked frozen strawberry filling and strawberry buttercream icing (made with buttercream and pureed strawberry jam). They look so pretty when you cut into them and they serve 4 - well, maybe 2.
