I saw this cake in a [blocked] magazine and just happened to have a friend whose sister is leaving New Zealand tonight to go back to live in Utah. Given that we are a country with a gazillion sheep I thought this would go down well at her leaving lunch. I need to say A HUGE thank you to Aine2 who gave me a picture by picture tutorial on how to cover a cake & the cake board. I think it looks so much more professional. I have always been really scared to attempt it. She showed me step by step a really easy way to do this. This free tutorial will be shown on her blog in the next few days for everyone to share. Lorraine you are just too fabulous for words!!!
