This cake was for my best friend who is a fly attendant and loves hello kitty. I had so much fun doing this cake. It was my first time painting over gum paste with food color and cocoa. Chocolate cake with dulce de leche, merengue in one layer and strawberry with bettercream in the other layer. Yummy! I hope you like it, thank you for looking ;)
