This was a last minute cake order for a repeat customer. She wanted something for her mom's Birthday. Banana Cake with Chocolate Buttercream. Kind of made up the buttercream recipe as I went since I've not been happy with the ones I've used in the past and am THRILLED with the result. YUMMY and it crusts!!! Had to write it down fast before I forgot! Anyway... piped details and gum paste roses and leaves.
