Made this fondant covered cake for a christening to a baby girl. The plan was to write the name in burgundy buttercream on the side of the cake, but there wasn't enough time. Thought it turned out pretty well anyway! Basic white sponge with three layers of filling, two layers of raspberry mousse and one layer of raspberry jam. Decorations in gumpaste.
