The gold color is Gold luster dust. You mix it with lemon extract and then color the hearts with a brush. The hearts are made in royal icing and are piped on the cake.

The pattern on the ribbon is made with a texture rolling pin and the gift tag is wafer paper, I wrote on with royal icing and let it dry, then paint it with gold luster dust.
