Two cakes for the company I work for...100 years in business, 4 generations. First cake is WASC with Caramel BC filling & icing. Second cake is Red Velvet with Cream cheese filling & icing. Cream cheese icing is a PAIN (but tastes delicious)!!! Not super stable for decorating with as you can see the edge sliding after travel. Decorations are Fondant with Hand painted Flags...Entire thing is the company logo.
