This is my very first carved Cake! A friend requested that I make her a 'pretty unicorn' cake for her birthday. This is what I came up with. Carrot pecan cake with cream cheese icing, covered in marshmellow fondant (recipe I found here on CC). Added some shimmer dust to add some sparkle and some diluted food paste for the ears and lips. This was hand carved/shaped and was inspired by the many beautiful unicorns that others have made and uploaded here on CC! Thanks everyone!
