This cake was for my niece's 7th birthday, it's covered in lilac fondant and dusted with lustre. The tiara is made of gumpaste, I had 2 failed attempts using piped royal icing and found this much stronger and neater. I painted it purple then sprinkled purple disco glitter over it while it was still wet.
