"Iceberg" is all cake iced in bc then covered in marbled fondant. Trees, penguins, surfboards, dock, banner, ship sail, crows nest, flag and rope are gum paste. Ship is RKT covered with gum paste and woodgrain was imprinted with toothpick and ship was painted with brown color/vodka mixture. Igloo is cake iced with bc and imprinted with toothpick. Cake was about 2 ft. tall.
