This is my daughter's wedding cake! We found 2 photos here on CC and another from a wedding magazine that were inspiration for this 7 tier creation. It featured gumpaste ferns, oak leaves and acorns and the cutest little mushrooms! This was actually an all-styrofoam dummie display with a small section cut out for a piece of real cake for the cake cutting ceremony. I made double-layer sheet cakes for the caterer to serve.

Love this design. If it were my daughter's wedding, I'd probably want to do it all dummies too. That way you could do it in advance and not be so rushed.
