Cake I did for a little girls second birthday with a flip flop/swim theme party. The cake is done in buttercream with fondant accents. The stripes on the second tier, the zebra stripes, the polka dots and the flip flops are all done in fondant. The bow loops, the "2" and letters are done in gumpaste.
