This is a marble cake, iced in buttercream and airbrushed. The pepperoni, green peppers, olives and mushrooms were made from modeling chocolate. I got the idea from this website to put the cake in the oven for just a very quick amount of time to let the white chocolate "cheese" melt ever so slightly and it really seemed to make a big difference.
