continuation from the comment below.....the next spacer (spacers are styro too) is hammered with a skewer half way through the middle tier (be careful not to go through the skinny part of the vase). and same for the top tier, it was hammered with a skewer to the spacer. good luck :D :D

All tiers are styro, but my teacher said that the only tier possible with cake will be the bottom one. For the top and the middle to be cake, it is very risky for transporation purposes. Middle tier is from 2 round cakes carved and stuck together with hot glue gun. The 2 spacers (the ones in between the tiers). They sort of looked like a wedge. The bottom tier, the spacer and the middle tiers are stuck together with a centre pole (but the centre pole only goes half way through the middle tier).
