Starting this cake I had high hopes to make it a topsy turvy after getting Sharon Zambito's new DVD, lets just say when she says firm cake she means FIRM cake. Cake is for my daughter & her cousin Grad from HS and 18th birdthday. Its covered in buttercream with fondant accents. I was wish I would of made the cupcake stand out more, but at 3 am it was looking good to me. Everyone loved it, but I saw all the mistakes.
