6", 8", 10" and 14" yellow cake layers iced with buttercream then covered with Pettinice white fondant. White satin ribbon and bows with 8mm fondant pearls dusted with pearl dust. Original design by Jennifer Dontz. My sincere appreciation to her for her inspiration of this cake.
Thank you! I use a fondant smoother in both hands with the cake layer sitting on top of a can or something to get it up off the counter. Then keep smoothing and cutting the bottom scraps off. I also let layers really dry before stacking.
