This is the cake I made for the May TD (congrats to bashini for winning!). I had so many issues with this cake...my fondant kept rolling way too thin and I over whipped my icing (trying to do string work with over whipped icing was a huge pain in the butt),so I ended up only doing one level of string work on the first tier and none on the second. Oh well, you live and learn. On the bright side I was thrilled with how my roses came out, thanks for the tutorial Edna!
