A Rainbow Trout cake for a birthday. In addition to a googled picture of a rainbow trout I turned to two designs I found on Flickr:

Now I know mine doesn't hold a candle to either of them, but I did whip out the airbrush and every little bit of practice help, mainly I think I got the carving a bit wrong, and I was a bit heavy handed with the dots. But the client thought it was great so that's all that matters right! :D
