they'll probably say COOL - cake for lunch - At our school kids are not allowed to have any sugary treats (AT ALL) if parents send a cupcake etc. with them, it is confuscated and the parent gets a note sent home .... This would be an awesome way to disguise a treat for a special day!

That's funny. I tried this one year, but mine were definitely not as convincing as yours. My DH and son knew right away it wasn't a sandwich. I like how you toasted it, definitely makes it more believable.
