I made this cake for the staff at an Assisted Living Facility where my Aunt who is in the end stages of Alzheimers has lived for 8 years! The Nurses and Aides there are wonderful. I took it to them today. I hope they like it. Buttercream with fondant accents. TFL

Beautiful cake - Question - what are the little pink flowers made out of that you put on the quilting?

BJNZ - they are fondant. Cut with a small flower plunger and attached with a little dab of buttercream.
