Katelyn loves Minnie Mouse so it was only fitting that she have a Minnie Mouse Cake for her 3rd Birthday. We got our inspiration from CC, of course. She had a huge Minnie Mouse Balloon behind the cake which looks so cute.

For the ears I added Gumtex to the MMF. Cut out ears and lay flat on wax paper to dry. Once they are firm, add to cake just before serving.
