This rose was the topper for the Blue and White cake. I started with the center, attached it to the cake and then added the large petals from the cake to the flower.

This is beautiful! What color blue did you use for the fondant? It's such a soft blue!

I used powdered candy colors, blue and white. The blue did not dissolve completely so that is what gave the fondant the specks.
