This is a chocolate molton/lava cake. Fresh strawberries and choc. and vanilla ice cream on the sides. Freshly made whipped cream top the cake with a dusting of powdered sugar.
This is the type of cake that 'runs a river of chocolate' when cut into.
So delicious! This is a small ramekin individual size.
